We are a new Care Company specifically setup to cater for the needs of local people by local people, every one of our care staff are well trained to at minimum of the current Care Certificate and many of our staff are currently engaged in CPD to further enhance their knowledge of specific areas of care and working towards NVQ 3 and above.
